Salt Lake Cricket Union is officially recognized by United States of America, Cricket Association USACA .

Salt Lake County Cricket Club, formally known as Salt Lake Cricket Union which was formed in the early eighties. Salt Lake Cricket Union was the first cricket club other than the early pioneers in Utah. Few people realized that, cricket is being played regularly right here in the beautiful state of Rocky Mountains, if you have been searching for the opportunity to play cricket, you have found it. Salt Lake County Cricket Club consist of members from; Australia, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, South Africa, UK, and USA. Objective of SLCU is to promote the sport Cricket not only in Utah but also to promote and sponsor cricket here in the Intermountain States. Salt Lake Cricket Union has one of the scenic and well maintained grounds and wicket in Utah. Not to mention the breath taking scenery of downtown Salt Lake and the beautiful Wasatch Mountains on the East side of the park. The concrete wicket han an Astroturf playing surface. In addition, there are  toilet facilities and a play area with swings, and slides for the younger family members. We practice at the Terrace Hill Park every Sunday from 10:30 am onwards.
